About 7 to XP Pack

7 to XP Pack was developed by gavinstubbs09 and ThePowermacGalaxy (formerly TheRocker894). We wanted to retain that XP look on Windows 7, and the 7 to XP Pack was born. We put together files from XP, used some Photoshop, and some 3rd party tools to make this theme pack.
